When you start experiencing period cramps, how far away is your period?

24-72 hour: You actually can bleed but not e it on your panties--many times i will tell a woman she is starting her period, because i see blood in the upper vagina--she just hasn't seen it yet. I find most women will feel the "snap, crackle, and pops" in their pelvis--or sometimes a dull vulva ache for 24-72 hrs before flow seen.
