Yes: Cerebral hemorrhages can be absorbed with some recovery of the function it has nothing to do with dementia.

Survival: Survival is not related to the quality of life. If the bleed is external to the brain, the pt will possibly survive but the dementia would likely not improve. The quality of life is very likely going to decline after a severe brain bleed.
