Many disabilities: Alzheimer's dis can be complicated by abnormal behaviors such as wandering behavior which has resulted in patients getting lost in the neighborhood. Person loses ability to do daily activities & executive functions eg unable to manage own finances. Some patients have lost their financial assets & repal property from being victimized by 'trusted' persons who made them sign checks & other documents.

It varies: It's not the same for every individual. However, it generally starts with cognitive problems like remembering, word finding, describing. Eventually, people have trouble with using devices. It then moves on to more behavioral difficulties. There don't have to be any medical complications. In the final stages people lose their ability to walk & feed themselves.

Many many: The complications of Alzheimer's disease are too numerous to count. As the disease process progresses the patient becomes more and more debilitated. Leading to multiple comorbidities.
