Possible pregnancy: Sometimes bleeding will occur in early pregnancy, and even be heavy enough to look like a normal period. The breast tenderness could be a clue to an early pregnancy, so do a pregnancy test to be sure. If you are not pregnant, the breast tenderness will likely resolve on its own. Avoid caffeine to help reduce breast tenderness.
