What's the difference between fnofibrate and crestor (rosuvastatin)?

Different classes: Several statins are available: lipitor, (atorvastatin) crestor, zocor, pravachol, lescol. Most are generics, but Crestor is the most potent of all. Statins mainly lower LDL (bad cholesterol). For triglycerides, one can take fibrates such as Fenofibrate (3-4 different brand names), Gemfibrozil or omega three fatty acids (omacor, lovazaa).
