Short: With limited stage disease the median survival is less than 2 years and with extensive disease less than a year. Having said that there are 5 year survivors.

Depends on stage: For limited stage, life expectancy is around 2 years. For extensive stage, a little less than a year. Treatment makes a difference. These are averages. The range is between a few days and five years.
