Yes, but: Please check with the manufacturer of your phone to see if the bleach will harm any coatings, screens, etc. The manufacturers usually tell you what you can clean the phone with safely.

Careful: Turn off phone & remove from case. You can use ready-made wipes that are safe for phones or make up a solution of ½ cup distilled water & ½ cup isopropyl alcohol in spray bottle.
