No: Cardiovascular disease is any disease of the heart or vessels. Heart disease refers to disease of the heart only.

Not entirely...: Cardiovascular disease can involve any of the blood vessels sending blood to the body. One set of these vessels are the coronary arteries that supply the heart. Heart disease can also be caused by other problems not related to the coronary arteries. This includes valve problems.
