White coat: The only way to tell if you have white coat hypertension is get a blood pressure cuff and check your blood pressure at home. Take readings in the morning, lunch, dinner, and before sleep. Record reading for 2 weeks. If your blood pressure is in control, IE less than 150/90 then your good. If higher than this you have hypertension.
