Live healthy!: Not exactly sure what you mean by "stout and strong as a teen boy" but i'm guessing you mean something along the lines of energetic and healthy. If so, then leading an active healthy lifestyle should do it: plenty of regular exercise, a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables, sufficient rest/sleep, avoiding drugs, alcohol and absolutely no smoking! that's a great start, anyway!
