Didnt leak any but i only urinated twice today. is my urogyn too strict?

NO: I tell all my patients "never pass up the opportunity and void frequently" you are headed for significant bladder problems if you don't empty more frequently. Bladder infections and urinary retention are in your future. Voiding at least 6 times per day is reasonable but i recommend every 2 hrs whether you have to go or not.

Not sure: Not clear on the question. "normal" frequency of urination is 8 times daily. If you are drinking enough fluids your urine should be clear and you should be urinating. Depends on your situation....Are you post op ?

Not sure: I'm not sure what you mean by too strict. Are you referring to how often you urinate, or how often you have leakage episodes?
