Calcium supplements and 2 vitamin d supplements everday. why didn't latest study show they are okay?

Controversial: Some say it doesn't work because it just doesn't work. Others say because form of calcium used in study, calcium carbonate, is poorly absorbed. Given recent studies showing increased risk of calcification of blood vessels due to oral calcium supplements, i recommend against them. Make sure you are vitamin d deficient before taking vitamin d. Get 15-30 daily sun exposure for best natural source.
