The skin will sag: As one ages the skin loses its elasticity and begins to sag. It is important to get on a good skin regimen early in life and avoid excessive skin exposure. Treatments such as the titan may be helpful as well.

This is normal: All skin is "e have elastin as part of the skins make-up. This allows us to move, etc. This is normal and the amount of stretch can not predict aging.
