No: Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) is a Progesterone and if anything it might make the bladder wall relax & accommodate more urine. Your symptoms seem more likely from infection, bladder spasms, or compression effects. Have your ob/gyn or primary care doc check your urine, uterus, and bladder symptoms for an explanation. A referral to urology may be helpful too. Take care.
