Hypotension: There are several possiblities for this, but one is called orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure when you stand up). Normally when you stand up your heart rate increases to prevent the BP from dropping. This condition has different possible causes including medication, dehydration, certain heart conditions, among others. If this continues regularly it should be evaluated by your physician.
