Yes: Yes, gabapentin is known to very infrequently cause impotence or erectile dysfunction and abnormal ejaculation. A handful of case reports to the FDA over the past few decades also mention cases of sexual dysfunction with gabapentin in both men and women. It’s important to note that reports to the FDA do not confirm a causal link (for example, patients are taking multiple other drugs too).
