Get it checked today: This could be a variety of things ranging from anxiety to heart disease. It is important even with your young age to get this checked out right away by a doctor. Chest pain especially associated with shortness of breath and radiation of the pain down your arm needs to be evaluated, not tomorrow but today.

Chest pain: The way you describe your does not sound typical of a heart problem. It looks like you may have costchondritis considering your age. However it is a good idea to see your family physician to check out.
