Caffeine = none: Am not aware of any effects of caffeine on fertility. Alcohol, in more than modest doses (1 drink/day in women, 2 drinks/day in men) can reduce both testosterone and estrogen levels, causing reduced sperm counts and sperm that don't move properly, and do not look normal. In women, reduced periods and lower fertility occur. Use of alcohol in pregnancy can result in profound damage to babies.
