Agree with Dr. L: You are pre-diabetic. You can improve your chance not becoming diabetic by losing 5-10% body weight and exercising at least 30 minutes each day. It would help to get guidance from a nutritionist so that you are on a optimum diet. It may help to consult an endocrinologist.
