Regular exercise?: Good morning, that is an interesting question, as it echoes the feeling of many of us! there are a lot of claims with no definite proof of results. Aging lead to decline in frontal lobe functions, one the reason being inactivity, both physically and mentally as we age. The only proven technique to improve is to engage in physical exercise and continue to learn new things to stimulate your brain.
