Anything if no conce: The reason to take precautions after a nose fracture is to prevent further deformity or compromise breathing. Plenty of people survive fine with a nose fracturelq without any problems other than a minor deformity. However i'f you are concerned than you should avoid direct trauma for at least 5 weeks.

Some restrictions: No strenuous activity for two weeks and no sports that you could get hit in the nose for 6 weeks.
