Not directly: But symptoms that stelazine is treating may come back. Unless you are being directed to reduce dose by your doctor, this is a bad idea. Recurrence of psychotic or mood symptoms may not be easily noticed by you or your family until they become severe. That can be dangerous! antipsychotics such as stelazine should be dose adjusted only in collaboration with your psychiatrist. Let him/her help you.

Depends: That would depend upon what the stelazine is being used to treat. It is never a good idea to adjust the dose of medication on your own. Would strongly encourage you to discuss your concerns regarding the dose with the prescribing physician.
