No: Apple cider vinegar is a folk / quack remedy that's promoted for everything. It helps people lose weight because it's nasty to drink, and afterwards you won't want to eat. There's no law against making baseless claims like this one, and if somebody says to you that it's rubbish, they look "unspiritual". Try to find why the muscles are tight & address the cause -- a pt may be able to help.
