IgG deficiency: I must suppose this is a misunderstanding of a capital i as a small l. Relative or absolute lack of the most common member of the immunoglobulin family. The severe form is a genetic disease and thankfully it is not common; milder variants can occur as a result of a few cancers or poor nutrition.
