See below: Allergy means that one has developed ige or allergy antibody to the allergen (pollen, food, drug). The response(s) that can occur include: sneezing, itchy nose, eyes, ears, throat or body; lip/tongue/throat swelling; asthma symptoms; hives; belly pain/nausea/vomiting; passing out and in severe cases death.
