Delay: As we age collagen is lost and that is what gives our skin its elasticity and keeps it tight. Antioxidants, fresh fruits and veggies, clean eating etc all help. I have read that shea butter can help as well. Exercise can help by just keeping us active. There is always the face lift and tummy tucks (witch hazel) etc (although I do not thank that is the best solution).
