Pregnancy test ok: Adipex will not affect the result of a pregnancy test. If you think that you are pregnant, or trying to become pregnant, you should stop all non essential meds and discuss your situation with your doctor.

See below: First, Phentermine is contraindicated for pregnancy, so i'm not sure why anyone would prescribe it to someone who is not on strict birth control. If you are taking it to lose weight, there are much better choices for women who wish to conceive. If you have pcos, that may be what is accounting for your delayed period, but again, there a good drugs to treat pcos.
