See below: First, Phentermine is contraindicated for pregnancy, so i'm not sure why anyone would prescribe it to someone who is not on strict birth control. If you are taking it to lose weight, there are much better choices for women who wish to conceive. If you have pcos, that may be what is accounting for your delayed period, but again, there a good drugs to treat pcos.
