A member asked:

Is it possible to get cancer by eating cancer prions?

Not likely: These are usually associated with neurological diseases. These are also uncommon illnesses. There have been reports of prion identified with pancreatic cancer experimentally, but the information is not clear that its causes this cancer. Thus far the data would suggest that cancer is probably not directly related to eaten prions.

Great questun: As colleagues have noted, there is no evidence so far. But exploration of the relation between the prion level of normal human biology and illness is in its absolute infancy.
