Eye muscle weakness: Ocular myasthenia gravis is disease of the neuromuscular junction resulting in eye muscle weakness and fatigue. If the disease has been confined to the eye for more than 3 years there is only a 94% liklihood it will not worse or generalize. Prognosis tends to be good, one must avoid medications that can worsen neuromuscular transmission. Ocular mg is likely associated with other autoimmue disease.
