I have low uremia on my blood test what does this mean?

Unsure: There is no test for uremia. Uremia is a condition of end stage renal disease with toxic accumulation of waste products. Certainly low "uremia" would be a good thing. I cannot imagine what test you had done. Uric acid is sometimes measured and again low is good.
