Depends: On the contact. Most are daily wear meaning they can be worn all waking hours but should be removed for sleep. There are few that are designed for continuous wear.

If you mean how long can you use the same pair this is influenced by your hygiene and lens care and this should be clarified by your prescribing doctor.

Can you advise for contact lens prescription?

Not from afar: Contact lenses require measurement of the vision parameters, and assessment of the curvature of the eye. This requires hands on evaluation preferably by an ophthalmologist. That would be the best starting place.

It is : A set of parameters that determines the type, power and fit of the contact lens. It is not written in an easy to understand manner. Ask your eye doctor's staff for an explanation.
