dizzy unsteady feeling when standing up sometimes what could it be?

Dr. Dan Fisher

Depends: If sense of moving then likely related to inner ear. If more a sense of about to pass out then likely related to a fall in blood pressure. Measure BP when laying down and when standing to check for great than 20 mm hg drop in sbp.
