Arthitis in my lower back which shot down to my knee. my other knee has the same problem. what should i do?

See your doctor: If you were talking about specific pain in your lower back and isolated and either knee, and that in and of itself could be just arthritis. However if you have pain radiating down your legs that could be coming from your spine. Either way, you should see your orthopedic spinal specialist.
