When will you get your first period after pregnancy?

Depends: If you are breast feeding you may not get a period until you stop breast feeding or cut it down to 1-2 times a day, if u are not breast feeding you should usually get a period by 10 weeks after delivery , if it has been 10 weeks and no period you need to see your OB and i assume your OB did a post partum exam at 5-6 weeks like I do with all of my pts.
