What are the side effects of using drugs while on ceftibuten?

No different: There are few drugs which interact with cephalosporin antibiotics, but it is difficult to answer your question unless you specify the agent and the side-effects with which you are concerned.

Agree w Dr. Raff: Ceftibuten – Cedax (ceftibuten) side effects include: nausea, vomiting, loose stools, constipation, abdominal pain, vaginal discharge/itching, dry mouth, rash, headache, sedation, dizziness & insomnia. Serious SE's: bloody diarrhea, jaundice, bloody or dark colored urine, fever, chills, confusion, agitation or convulsions. Would need to know specific medications to check for drug interactions.
