Not really: A bicornuate uterus can increase your risk for preterm delivery, but is usually not associated with infertility. The problem is that this is often misdiagnosed and confused with a septate uterus which can increase the risk for miscarriage. It is important to see a specialist - a board certified or eligible reproductive endocrinologist to confirm the diagnosis.
