No: Virgins may have normal libido (sex drive) and interest in sex. But they may also feel anxious about the process and their own performance. Both sexes can feel these anxieties, although their bodies are responding to sexual stimuli. Anxiety can interfere with arousal responses -- men losing erection, or women not lubricating. Comfort and trust with one's partner is very important; timing also.
