Its possible but....: It's not realistic. Your libido is determined hormonally, particularly by androgens such as testosterone. Medications exist that lower androgens, such as those used in the treatment of prostate cancer, which will reduce or eliminate libido. Certain antidepressants (ssris) have sexual side effects, and can reduce desire. I would never recommend these agents just to control a natural libido.
