Reflux: Like in a person without diabetes the reason is not of primary importance unless you don't respond to self-treatment with antacids, like over the counter ranitidine, or even the stronger omeprazole. Diabetics sometimes have trouble with stomach contents emptying into their intestines. If the above doesn't work to your satisfaction, consider seeing a gastoenterologist.
