Time 2 c family doc: Anyone who's tired all the time needs to go see his/her family physician for a complete evaluation. Inadequate sleep, poor quality sleep (due to sleep apnea), depression, anemia, kidney failure, liver failure, hypothyroidism, undiagnosed or poorly controlled diabetes, heart disease (failure), lung disease (copd/emphysema), hypogonadism, cancer etc are among the many different causes of fatigue.

Tired: Anergia is caused by psychological factors such as depression, physiological factors such as exhaustion, medical such as low thyroid or anemia, or effect of medications such as blood pressure or anxiety medications.
