Easy! Blood test!: To find out if you're suffering from low testosterone or hypogonadism, all it takes is a simple blood draw that should be done in the morning, preferably before 9-10am, but doesn't have to be fasting. You might ask to check both total & free testosterone. If you're overweight, obese or have moobs (man boobs), check your estradiol, too. Anemia & hypothyroidism can also make you tired. Talk 2 ur doc.

Morning Lab Analysis: Have your physician screen you with a morning lab: total testosterone below 300 ng/dl is considered low.

Blood draw. : She's right. Get your testosterone level drawn at around 8am. However, there could be other causes so go get checked out by an internist.
