Pain in testicle: Epididymitis is inflammation of the organ by the same name. It is located at the top of the testicle and may be associated with reddness and swelling. Usually treated with antibiotics.

See a doctor: You can't tell on your own, but you should go to a doctor or an emergency room if you pain in the testicles or scrotum. Other common cause of testicular pain include torsion and orchitis.
