Don't scratch.: That may sound like a flippant answer, but the more you scratch, the worse it gets, right? Try over-the-counter Hydrocortisone cream and something with menthol and phenol in it, such as sarna lotion. Take Allegra (fexofenadine) 180mg once a day. If that doesn't work, you'll need to see a dermatologist and get a precise diagnosis, but do whatever you have to do to refrain from scratching.
