May be yeast: In the vagina or something else, i assume they ruled out pregnancy. If your pain gets worse this weekend go back to the er as they should have a gyn on call that is that person's responsibilty to take care of you, and they should have given you the name of the gyn on call or a gyn to see on monday assuming your pain does not get worse.
