Hematuria: Painless hematuria (blood in urine) suggests disease process other than urinary tract infection--which often causes increase of burning/urgency/frequency. Kidney inflammation, heart infection, blood cell breakdown, lupus, bladder tumors etc...Can cause blood in urine w/o pain. U r only 20, this is unusual. Have it checked out. Good luck.
