Multiple: This drug includes a decongestant which is a stimulant. It can make you anxious , cause palpitations, elevated blood pressure and dizziness. The cough suppressant causes sedation, and may cause nausea or abdominal discomfort. It can even become addictive. Guaifenesin is supposed to loosen secretions, it can cause vomiting.
