Antibiotics: It depends on where you are. 3 days of Ciprofloxacin is often used for travelers' diarrhea. In some parts of the world, Erythromycin or Azithromycin may be a better choice. See a doctor rather than treating yourself if you have a high fever, abdominal pain, or bloody diarrhea, or if you feel you can't keep yourself hydrated.
