None: Unfortunately, there's no "safe" food that won't evercause food poisoning. This is because of the current agricultural practices in this country. However, at home, wash all of your fruits and vegetables. If you eat meat, try to get organic or free-range/grass-fed/etc rather than factory farmed. Wash your countertops and dishes often during preparation. Cook at high enough temp to kill bacteria.
