Several things: Soft pads for cushioning, vaseline to reduce friction , different shoes.

Vaseline: Vaseline and tough skin amongst other products that reduce friction are great, especially if you play sports. Also make sure that your shoes are not too small or tight.

Prevention is best.: So if certain shoes are causing them, pad the shoes or get rid of them. Sometimes two pair of socks can help when jogging. Once, they are there, with a sterile instrument pierce the roof enough to allow the fluid to escape and bandage. Do not remove the roof of the blister.
