Maybe: Keep in mind that aids is passed by exposure to the blood and sexual fluids of a person who has the virus. So it is theoretically possible, but only if you were being exposed to such blood or other fluids. You would probably not get aids if you for example picked up a glass handled by a person with aids. Handling the semen of a man with aids into such cuts, could potentially cause such exposure.

No: Between picking at your fingers until they bleed, and worrying about bizarre ways to get HIV infection, you sound like a nervous person. There are treatments for anxiety. You should discuss this with a doctor or mental health specialist.
